Best app, it's not free programs where you do nothing but push ups they are real personnal trainers and they put you in the shape you always dreamed of!!

Enfin fini les post it ou cahier de notes pour écrire mes entraînements quotidien, avec Beefit, je peux  faire la plannification de mes entraînement sur mon cell, je peux le consulter en cas d'oubli et même conserver un historique de mes performances lors des entraînement précèdent. J'adore cette app !!!!
