Costumer sevice must start the charging station remotely.

When entering a mobile phone number (Bulgaria), you do not receive an SMS code, without which it is not possible to log into the application under your account, start or stop the charging session. There have already been many attempts to log in, but I can’t log into the application. The SMS code does not arrive. Technical support please respond!
