## What is Beefy?

Beefy is the weight gain coach for people who eat but can't gain weight.

Most calorie apps are built to lose weight. Beefy is built to help you eat more, and keep
doing it, until the scale moves.

  - Your personal plan: tell Beefy your goal and it builds a calorie surplus with daily
    protein, carb and fat targets.
  - Snap a meal, get the numbers: photograph your plate and AI estimates calories and macros.
Adjust the portion in one tap, or log a meal manually.
  - "What should I eat next?": daily meal ideas that fit the calories you still need to eat.
  - Streaks, XP and missions: small daily wins that keep you consistent.
  - Weight tracking: log your weigh-ins and follow the trend toward your target weight.
  - Daily AI briefing: a short coaching note on your nutrition and progress.
