Perfect app to ground and breakaway from all the noises of life! Pause , get on the app, close your eyes and listen to the perfect sound effects, refocus and realign.  I personally enjoy the sounds effects the most but the breathing techniques are pretty powerful as well!

This app has helped me in real time when going through it!!! I have been in heightened emotional states, in the middle of tough conversations with my significant other, or just trying to manage life stress from working as a healthcare provider and balancing responsibilities on top of that. Not to mention kids! My favorite part about this app is the practical tools; breathing guides, and journaling how you’re feeling and why. You can track your emotions over time and the app will give you personalized insights and trends in how you’re doing. This is so simplified I have no reason to have any other wellness app.

This app is great. It’s like you open a door to a calm room on your phone. A place to escape and take care of just you. I work a fast paced and physical job. I like how I can take a moment to check in and just use the tools provided to decompress throughout the day. I definitely recommend this app to everyone! Especially those in health care!
