Never got the email confirmation. I signed up in October 2018, and have yet to get the email confirmation to validate my account in order to post in the forums. After opting to resent the confirmation email many times and checking junk mail and deleted I reached out to customer support. They never responded. Tried it again today, may 24, 2019.

Finally got an email approving/confirmation for my account today, August 15th, 2019. Took 10 months. Hope it’s worth the wait.
