This is insane because it can literally take an hour for the ride to arrive. I find this extremely disappointing and this should be changed IMMEDIATELY. Also fire that BLONDE TWINK!! He is GENUINLY THE WORST DRIVER I HAVE EVER HAD and SO RUDE… ### 1/5 — Worse Customer Service *2025-07-14* Second time in a row vehicle was not on time and I ordered 45 minutes in advance. Called the dispatch number was on hold for 15 mins and had to use second phone to call and waited 6 more minutes. Finally dispatch said they should be coming but could not give me a time. I'm late for work already and tracking the location of the bus was not working.
