Booked via the app at 23:10 for a car at 23:40. Car didn’t show up. Phoned Beeline and was told ‘there are 2 others in front of you so you’ll have to wait’. When I asked the time delay I was told it would be another 15-20 minutes. I said this was not acceptable as I’d pre booked. She hung the phone up on me. Disgraceful service.

The whole team are lovely and welcoming !! Sandra is especially amazing  🥰 I would have no problem recommending them to anyone I know. 5/5 !
