Got same delivery in £12 for 22 miles ,and customer put £6 of tip then I have accepted order and did shopping for him drove to the customer and deliver order because I was getting £19 for 22 miles so I would give one star to this application because you need to improve some service so it won’t affect negatively on drivers account otherwise nobody will do your customers order I think maybe customer was frustrated of paying double money to order and he put £7 tip in total ### 1/5 — Awful *2024-03-18, version 5.6.16* Never any drivers. I’m talking 20+ miles plus you have to do the shopping yourself and wait for them to pay you back which could take days and that is if they decide to pay you if you are late, they pay you less they do not give youenough time to deliver the orders and when you late, they deduct that out of your fee which they already pay less ### 5/5 — Good app *2024-02-13, version 5.6.15* Very useful ### 1/5 — Not what I ordered *2024-02-11, version 5.6.15* Ordered a bottle of wine and six packets of crisps and 4 bars of chocolate for £30, what I got was several phone calls and then 2 bags of crisps and two toffee crisps - a bottle of red and that's it - fell totally mugged off and not happy with the whole experience. It's not hard is it - just deliver what I have ordered please - I never complain but this has seriously made me unhappy with the service and cost. I tried to talk to someone, no luck, I spoke and sent messages to the company, but the company gave me some ridiculous answers, without them even seeing or bothering to look for the order in the first emails I sent, they told me that that order did not exist, and they kept talking to me about past orders, in the end they found the number but they told me that I had cancelled the order before reaching the customer, and I lost £140 of my last money, no chance of getting it back, this is the second time such a problem has happened. It's not worth making deliveries to them, they are ignorant and disinterested in even looking carefully when you ask them to look, it's like they pretend not to understand, we went around in circles for a few days, which made me depressed. I'm now deleting this app and I don't recommend it to anyone ### 1/5 — Do not pay drivers in full and on time *2026-04-24, version 5.8.0* I strongly DO NOT recommend working for Beelivery as a delivery driver. This company is completely unreliable when it comes to paying drivers. You are told upfront that you must use your OWN money to purchase customer items, with the promise that you’ll be reimbursed the NEXT DAY along with your delivery fee and extras. That is simply not true. In reality, I’ve had to chase my payments for 3 to 5 working days, sometimes even longer, and I’m STILL waiting in some cases. This is not a one-off issue ,it’s happened repeatedly. Every single time I complete a job, I have to follow up and practically beg to be paid what I’m owed. What’s worse is that they do not pay the full amount. Tips, late-night bonuses, and extra charges are often missing entirely. You only receive the basic delivery fee and reimbursement for the product ,everything else just seems to disappear. So not only are you: risking your own money upfront waiting days beyond the promised timeframe constantly chasing support …but you’re also not even getting paid correctly. This system feels extremely misleading and unfair to drivers. You’re doing the work, taking the financial risk, and then being left in the dark about your own earnings. Save yourself the stress, time, and money avoid this company at all costs!! ### 1/5 — FRAUD - AVOID AT ALL COSTS - THIS COMPANY IS LIQUIDATING AND KEEPING ALL DRIVERS MONEY!!!!! FRAUD!!! *2026-01-29, version 5.8.0* OVER CHARGE PEOPLE - DONT PAY DRIVERS ON TIME - EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE EVERYTHING AND THAN WAIT FOR YOUR MOMEY TO BE PAID BACK - HIT AND MISS - IM STILL WAITING ON MY MONEY TO BE PAID - STAY WELL AWAY - NOT EVEN 1 STAR ### 1/5 — Driver App is Rubbish *2026-01-23, version 5.8.0* The whole concept is good but the App is awful, it takes so long for the available job you’ve been notified about to load up that it’s already taken by someone else when it eventually does. The availability of well known delivery apps in most areas means the number of job offers are minimal and at silly times in the middle of the night. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t pay money *2025-12-23, version 5.8.0* They paid me for the first delivery. Now they owe me over £90 for two deliveries but its been two weeks they havn’t paid me anything. They keep saying you have been paid by unipaas ### 1/5 — Beelivery is The worst delivery platform *2025-11-14, version 5.8.0* I currently live in London, yet I receive job requests to deliver in Coventry, which is 120 miles away. That doesn’t make any sense. Their Beelivery app is a nightmare, a total waste of time. Also, how is it possible to have reviews of 4.8 when it shouldn’t even have two stars? ### 1/5 — Driver’s app is awful *2025-09-16, version 5.8.0* The app constantly lags. You get maybe 5 orders a week, almost exclusively alcohol after hours. What happens is that as a driver once you drop the goods off the customer gives you a PIN that goes into the app. Their app frequently crashes at this point and even though you’ve dropped the app doesn’t refresh. You then get inundated with automated phone calls saying you’ve not delivered. As a consequence the driver doesn’t get paid for the order. Bear in mind the drivers have to go to a shop and purchase the order with their money only to be reimbursed later. Again there is absolutely nobody to talk to as everything in the company is automated bots. You’ll never get to speak to a person. Admittedly you do finally get paid, however it’ll take several days and a lot of frustration getting there. As drivers we have to go to their payment handler a company called UniPaas, who you guessed it, have no telephone number or live chat. If you’re considering being a driver using this app bear in mind it’s clunky, has a load of bugs and gets zero support from Beelivery. Be prepared to also have to chase in every payment from UniPaas via email. EVERY payment. Sometimes life’s too short to get this stressed over pennies. ### 1/5 — Scam company - avoid at all costs *2025-08-21, version 5.8.0* Beelivery do not pay their drivers, and just send copy and paste replies on their internal payments dashboard when trying to chase up payment. I have been waiting for a month to be reimbursed for what I paid out of my pocket to deliver to one of their customers and just keep getting sent round in circles. Avoid at all costs. ### 1/5 — Payment issue not being resolved *2024-10-30, version 5.7.0* Beelivery used to such an excellent app for drivers and customers. However the last two orders I have done they seem to mess around with the payment. I have spent 46.87 on the customers goods and I got paid 45.18. Which means they paid me 1.68 short of what I paid for the customers goods. And they didn’t give me my delivery charge on top so I basically done the delivery for free and 1.68 I paid out my pocket.
