It’s a fantastic app. I have a feature request for the Beem product team. we just went to FIJI (I live in Australia) and created a group for the trip. We recorded all the expenses in the Beem chat and recorded them as FIJIAN dollars to make it easy when recording the expense. Now the trip is over we need to pay in Australian dollars, I’d love to be able torecord the expenses as Fijian dollars and then change the currency of the group once all the expenses are done back to Australian. Beem would convert the amounts owing to AUD . Then we can easily pay in Australian dollars. I had already registered this card before and when I came to use this app again it asked to verify. However upon verifying it wouldn’t work at all. Contacting customer support they said they knew about this issue and would fix asap. Second time making a payment 3 months later, it keep saying something went wrong. Deleted and reinstalled the app, still the same. Deleted the card and then tried re-adding it, won’t verify. Keeps saying something went wrong with verification, then freezes so I have to force crash the app. Reopen the app, my bank card is there listed as “unverified”. And won’t let me remove the card!! I attempted to create an account but was blocked during the verification process. After providing the information requested, I was told Beem had decided to end the business relationship, with no clear explanation or option to appeal. I never actually used the app, which made this experience confusing and frustrating. Support responses were generic and unhelpful.
