There was no apology for being late. Instead, the driver was extremely rude and sarcastically said, “I can only drive, not fly.” This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. You book on this the live tracker you get of your driver isn’t accurate, multiple times I’ve had to explain to the driver where to go like you’re the taxi driver mate you should know, whereas Uber just use sat nav so it’s nice and simple. Always seems to cost more than Uber and I’ve only used this whenever I wasn’t able to get an Uber due to being busy. Last trip I got from here was £10 for a 3/4 minute drive, and at the end of the trip the driver said it was a cash fare, now I was sure I had done it with my card and I asked him to check, he said it wasn’t a card fare, so I gave him the cash only to find out the money had been taken from my bank also. Can only phone them to complain and you’re lucky if you get an answer cause I’ve tried 3/4 times and had no such luck.
