Multiple attempts have led to the app glitching, not bringing up my test number etc. or blocking me from dvla!!!! Can someone explain why I have paid for this app and stay sat on it for hours in the day for continuous failure that is no fault of my own. ### 1/5 — Scam! Makes you delete bad reviews! *2026-03-20, version 3.3* This app is a scam! £15 and it doesn’t even do the job. I paid £15 last year for this app and it sent me no notifications and didn’t do anything for MONTHS. Then, after publishing a bad review on the App Store, they told me to take it down and give them a week to prove that the app could work properly after the update. Of course it didn’t… my brother is now using this app to get his driving test as he had not heard my opinions on it and is experiencing the same issues I found LAST YEAR. Not only it sent nothing in the two extra centers I selected, neither it did even in the main center, while the other app notified me about cancellations multiple times throughout the days. The support obviously doesn’t reply to the emails. Now the app doesn’t send me notifications anymore and it has stopped scanning the dvsa website as looking at the app, there hasn’t been any new bookings in over 48 hours. Yet most still say they’re available. Seeing cancellation tests coming through but despite seeing the message ‘we’re getting everything ready for you’ and then takes you to your existing booking on DVSA website. You go to the date that was shown and nothing is there. The app doesn’t work. Keeps showing one test date month that is far in September and saying that it’s “No longer Available “. This means you didn’t even test it yet. So disingenuous and this makes me not trust the 5 start rating on here. ### 1/5 — Asks for rating before you can proceed, after taking payment *2026-04-02, version 3.3* Saw the strong star reviews and decided to purchase the app. Upon payment it asked for personal details then before allowing me to proceed any further I had to rate the app. How can you rate something you haven’t yet used!! But later the day I managed to book the slot in 6 months from now and today moved it to 2 months earlier - perfect for me.
