## What is Beep It?

Beep It has distinctive sounds to let you know when your rest and work intervals have started and finished. 

The screen changes colour so you can see if your are in a work, or a rest set at a glance. 

Configure the length of your work and rest intervals  and the number of sets to match your workout.

### 1.6 — 2026-05-17

Add a delay feature which allows a configureable delay before the workout starts. Fix a bug where 0:00 could flash up before the workout started.

Refreshed interface with larger timer to view at a glance, and an updated colour palette. The sounds have been refined to make them shorter while still giving you queues.

Set and rest duration are both stored and reloaded when opening the app. Fixed an issue where the incorrect issue was shown for next set.
