## What is Beep Test Leger?

Ever wondered how fit you are (but didn't know who to ask)? Beep Test can help!

Simple, non-intrusive and highly accurate, the app follows either the original Leger protocol (1984) or the most popular alternative.
 
All you need is
        - a pair of running shoes
        - a flat 20 meter running pitch
        - a modicum of enthusiasm
        - this app

Note: this is NOT a GPS-enabled app; rather, it's a timer app that let's you easily conduct the beep test.

No ads, no tracking, no special permissions. It 
        - prompts you with beeps 
        - displays shuttle and level visual cues
        - displays distance covered and time elapsed
        - allows for a 15m or 20m lap
        - offers an auto stop feature

When you are done, the app will estimate your vo2Max

... that will
        - give you bragging rights (hopefully)
        - allow you to compare your fitness to that of the general population
        - allow you to chart your progress

Caution : Some side effects have been noticed
        - Runner's high. You will find yourself smiling far too much
        - Fitter. Regularly done, you will be able to 'run up those stairs'
        - Leaner. Darn, gotta buy smaller jeans!

Fait le job et va droit au but, possède même les deux tableaux pour voir les « barèmes » homme/femme. Pas de pubs. Mérite amplement les 5 étoiles.

Application très intuitive et facile d'utilisation pour réaliser le test du Luc Léger. Interface claire et résultats détaillés.
Un grand plus : le développeur répond très rapidement aux questions par email, ce qui est rare de nos jours. Service client au top !
Je recommande vivement cette app.

Ça fais plusieurs semaines que je m’entraîne avec cette application pour mon concours le palier 1 c’est à dire de 0 à 1 est censé duré 2 minutes et il passe au palier 1 a 1 minutes 7 donc il y a une erreur, je suis obliger de reprendre tout mon entraînement avec une autre application. 
Déçu :(

Voilà l’app pour s’entraîner au test de Luc Léger que j’apprécie. 
Pas de trucs et de machins dans tout les sens. 
C’est bien pensé, efficace.

Ça marché très bien avec mon iPhone SE. 

Il y a toutes les infos dont on à besoin : - tableau des intervalles de bips avec toutes les caractéristiques. 
- tableau des VO2 max de références en fonction de l’âge. 

Les paramètres réglages sont simples et très clairement expliqués. 

Cerise sur le gâteau : des petites phrases de « sagesse » qui apparaissent de temps en temps. 

Je recommande.
