  THE ISLAND
  The app started on Beer Can Island (officially Pine Key) — a privately owned 9-acre
  island in Tampa Bay, FL accessible only by boat. Members of the Beer Can Island
  Owners Club get physical access to the island, drink tickets at the tiki bar, boat
  ride events, and optional ownership shares in the LLC.
