I can’t even login to my account. It just keeps saying something about it being nil and unable to be serialized. I’ve even tried resetting my password.

There’s a lot of errors when utilizing the app. Whoever is in charge of the support team doesn’t respond and the payout turnaround time is not worth the hassle. Pay is also very low for how much content is being asked by the creator. Deleting this app as soon as I get paid..

They have a 30 day payout policy so it doesn’t matter what you do you will have to wait 30 days to receive your money. 
With my personal experience with this app has not been good. The app itself is very laggy when you’re looking through campaigns some pictures may show up some pictures. May not which that’s not a big deal for me. 
When you have an issue, but also the time that it takes for support to get back to try to help resolve the issue that’s one reason I’m giving it this review. Terrible app and I will be deleting as soon as payout comes though!

I downloaded the app and uploaded all of my info, was playing around with the practice templates and all of the sudden the app kicked me off and won’t let me log back in. It won’t recognize my email or password. As soon as I open it it pops up with “Authentication Error”. I’ve deleted the app and redownloaded it and it is still not working. Is there a current bug that is being worked on?

With my personal experience with this app has not been good. The app itself is very laggy when you’re looking through campaigns some pictures may show up some pictures. May not which that’s not a big deal for me. 
The reason I’m giving it this review is because the difficulty to find the support. When you have an issue, but also the time that it takes for support to get back to try to help resolve the issue that’s one reason I’m giving it this review. The other reason is a major one when you click on the payout option, it gives you no instructions on what type of payout they are wanting, but also when I go to type, I can’t see any of my letters that I’m typing so there’s no way for me to input any type of payment information for me to get paid on this app. I’ve already contacted support. I’ve not heard anything back from them of course so needless to say I will not be using this app I was hired to do a job for $200. I was excited about it. I clicked on my payment information to make sure everything was accurate and that’s when I discovered there’s no way for me to get paid on here. This may just be my experience with the app I don’t know, but that’s the reason for my review so good luck make sure you double check your payout info before starting any work.

Does this app even work? I had a profile and I’ve literally applied to close to over 100 campaigns and I’m either shortlisted or opted in. It doesn’t look like anything is active. Now, there was an update about a hour ago and I couldn’t log in and had to make a whole new profile. On top of that, all the “brands” are now just gibberish with random information on it. One even has profanity written over the top of the picture. What is going on?!!!!

The current version isn’t very intuitive for a creator, but I performed a paid campaign on it and I see the potential. If they can fix the UI, I would use it more. 

Different from every other UGC app, the creator films very specific individual shots and uploads them to the app. You don’t submit a finished video because the app makes it for you.

I haven’t seen the brand side, but they say they use AI to edit multiple versions, which is really innovative.

I can’t recall the last time I have used an app that crashes every few minutes of use. The set up is not intuitive at all. You have to scroll quite far through, there are no dates to let you know how recent a campaign is, nothing to let you know if others have applied or if there’s multiple slots available. Several brands are still asking for gifted collabs. Most brands are not paying enough for what they ask for. The concept is great but the app is a serious issue and with no option to use a website it is absolutely cumbersome.

I have been using beeroll for 2 years. It is very simple to use. You can select a brand to apply to, then they will accept or decline your offer. Next you receive your product in the mail, and film the required script. Once your content is approved, Beeroll will release the payment. There are many brands to work with making it enjoyable. Customer service is very helpful if there are any questions. You do have to reach out separately from their app (via Google) for customer service.
