I mean for a beginner will work but negative review comes from fact they kept charging me after cancellation and when I called them on it they just since developer is 3rd party nothing to do with them. Dont waste your money ### 2/5 — Apple Watch interaction poor *2026-07-26* I was looking for an app to start creating workouts at Planet Fitness as a beginner. I never was good about weight lifting and thought this would work well tracking workouts, creating new sets that built off my past workouts. Not the case entirely. First the interface between my Apple Watch 11 and iPhone continually does not sync. I lose data, and have to carry my phone always. Updates never improve this. Workouts lose past data and do not build off my performance. I paid for the premium and am very disappointed. Looking for a new app. **Developer response:** We're sorry to hear about your experience. There a far more better fitness apps out and for less don’t get sucked into to purchasing like I did. Team Befit ### 1/5 — Does not work as designed! *2026-07-22* I really wanted this app to work as it customizes workouts based upon muscle groups and gym equipment. However, when you specify certain equipment for a facility or gym, it does not adhere to that and still adds exercises with equipment that’s not in that gym. Also, when you select certain muscles in a grouping and create the workout, sometimes those muscles just disappear when you’ve selected and saved them. So unfortunately, I am out the $54 yearly subscription for Apple will not refund me my money! Muito bug, nada funcional. Fecha e para o treino toda hora no Applewach a dinâmica de organizar os treinos personalizado também é horrível, não me dá liberdade pra ordenar, falta opção a de detalhar os dias do treino. Enfim, infelizmente perdi dinheiro por que não vou usar nem 2 meses de 1 ano ### 1/5 — Broken Apple Health Sync and Zero Customer Support *2026-05-27* Honestly one of the worst fitness apps I’ve ever paid for. The app constantly disconnects from Apple Health, workouts don’t sync properly, and the “sync to Apple Fitness” option keeps turning itself off every single time I leave the settings page. I’ve tried contacting support over 10 times through Instagram and directly through the app, but nobody replies. Even worse, the in-app support form just gives an error message whenever I try to submit a request. Yet they still post regularly on social media while ignoring paying customers completely. I paid for a yearly subscription and feel completely let down. What’s the point of advertising Apple Health integration if it barely works? I’ve wasted so much time trying to fix this myself with zero support from the developers.
