I made a purchase via Macy's and my order is nowhere to be found. The order came but it's not under my order history on my Macy's account, like it would be with RMN or CC. Therefore I didn't earn my Macy's stat money and the shirt I ordered I can't return for a different size because I don't have an order number to give them. Befrugal said the order number is on their app under my cash back but only gives me a click id and no order number. Very very frustrating and not happy that I would've earned $20 in Macy's star money and didn't bc it didn't record my order. If it's a huge difference then I may use befrugal but if it's minimal the I'm using RMN or CC. Just my experience and opinion. I will say after reading other reviews I hope I actually get paid, understanding that a return or exchanged item from an order will cancel that cash back. I DO LOVE THAT I GRT REFERRALS BC IM ALWAYS HAVING PEOPLE SIGN UP FOR THINGS I BELIEVE IN AND LIKE! The form I fill out to ask for help will not submit. I’ve attempted this for weeks. Then I email, no response. Can I please just get help? I cannot submit a form ### 1/5 — Terrible Service *2026-07-22, version 3.9.5* When you submit a receipt it tells you off top that it can take up to ten business days to process the receipt; that in itself is ridiculous! Then you’re really In trouble if you need to submit a ticket because it goes through something called bilt labs and you will never hear from anyone. This is the worse couponing/ money saving app ### 1/5 — Don’t trust them *2026-07-08, version 3.9.5* I made a purchase with them instead of going through capital one shopping like I normally do because theirs was a few percent more. I didn’t get the cash back so I contacted the support and got less than half of what it was suppose to be. Then a couple months later, they take THAT back too. I use capital one shopping all the time and they usually have way better Cashback too. ### 1/5 — Issues with Points & Zero Customer Service! *2026-05-19, version 3.9.3* My receipt got rejected for no reason. I submitted it again it then said they needed 10 days to review it. It’s been 3 days now and i will just return the items. It’s just not worth my time and i’ll stop using the app. Totally unimpressed. ### 1/5 — Slowness/not getting paid out *2026-03-31, version 3.9.2* Whenever I submit a receipt it takes multiple days to process then doesn’t even give you points for the correct thing you uploaded. I send in for review then it still dents it even though I double check to make sure I have the correct product. I’ve also redeemed an offer then got back on the app and the same offer is still there and lets me add it..then when I go to redeem it it rejects the offer not letting me use it even though it’s available!!! This app has been nothing but problems since I’ve got it. The only good thing is the payouts are higher it’s just a gamble on whether you’ll get paid for them or not. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2026-01-22, version 3.8.19* This app takes forever to reward points. There are better apps out there. Do not waste your time with this app. I wish I never downloaded it. It’s not user friendly. I’ve submitted receipts a few days ago and I’m still waiting for the Rewards to be in my account.. ### 1/5 — Does not honor offers *2025-11-17, version 3.8.15* This app refuses to honor the offers provided. I submitted my receipt for several BeFrugal offers and it took 10 days for them to review and reject my receipt (due to supposedly being incomplete but don’t show me the images to prove it was incomplete). By the time they did this the offers were no longer available for me to resubmit my receipt like they requested I do. Their customer service was of no help and said there is nothing they can do. I would personally avoid this app as they don’t care about their users or honoring offers. ### 1/5 — Sadly a SCAM - they do not pay out *2025-11-07, version 3.8.14* They offer impossible to resist cash-back offers and it’s so easy to get sucked in and “watch your money grow” in your account. But they NEVER pay out. So while people are leaving good reviews about the amazing offers, when they try to cash out, Be Frugal ceases to fulfill their promises. I know several people who have used this app and I know zero people who have been actually paid their due cash-back money. ### 1/5 — 16 notifications in 1 minute, DELETED FOREVER *2025-11-03, version 3.8.13* For the first time in my life, I saw an app that spams me with exactly the same notifications.
