It’s super slow. I couldn’t even order my 150 office food because the app lost my order after 10 minutes creating it. Don’t even bother it’s total garbage. I order more from Lou Malnati’s because their app is so easy to use. I always end up calling & having them manually apply credits to a purchase or get reward credits. For example it says I have $3 off any family size pizza. I make my order but the discount isn’t applied. There is no way to apply the discount. It doesn’t automatically apply the discount when I start my order. It doesn’t apply the discount when I check out. This app is nothing but a lesson in frustration.
