ordered a sweater and they completely ripped me off it’s not the same color of pink, same style, it’s not the same at all. it’s not even the beginning boutique brand but it was ordered off their site.

I ordered a sweater from here and it arrived today and was from a different brand, was the wrong color, had a different neckline, and was just different in general. I spent $100 on that just to get scammed.

This boutique is a scam.  They are refusing to refund us for three dresses stating that we wore the dresses.  The dresses were not used - only tried them on once and we are returning them because we needed a different size and they wouldn’t arrive in time.  I suspect the items were returned previously and now we are stuck with dresses we can’t use.  I would not recommend this boutique.

I loved beginning boutique and bought from them often until my last purchase. I ordered a dress and usps marked it as delivered but my apartment could not find it anywhere. I have been emailing them and they said they cant refund me or send me another because usps said it delivered when i dont have it. As a brand this should be their responsibility to fix what is likely a stolen package! They told me i can contact the police if i suspect it was stolen but I am not getting law enforcement involved over a dress. Very disappointed and won’t be buying from them again.
