### 2/5 — Impossible to reconnect.

Heaters just go offline and it is impossible to reconnect. Deleting and re-adding results in connect to the server but app is not updated. Any connect action requires WiFi at 2.4 and as it is impossible to force IPhone to connect at a specific speed router requires reconfiguration to limit to 2.4 and then reconfigure again to achieve both 5.0 and 2.4. Many limitations within app but at least it should work correctly to enable heaters to be brought back online.

Since reporting above an update of the app seems to have resolved the issue as all heaters now working.  Also see that there is Bluetooth connection available which may resolve the 2.4 requirement.

After the pairing some heaters cannot see in the app or the pairing is unsuccesful. Sometimes you can find the heaters in other room! I spent hours to setup my heaters via wifi. 
Garbage! Weakest app what I have used ever.
I never buy again this sh.t wifi Beha heaters … I totally regret that I bought 5 heaters in 2020, and I cannot used them as I planned (remote control via app in my apartments). I am disappointed in this Norwegian company.

Pairing successfull, regarding the pictogram of the heater, but the app can’t find the heaters.
It’s still a peace of carbage!!!

Не работает wi-fi. С модема к доме с автоматической частотой 2,4-5Гц. Все камеры все приборы подключались без проблем. А конвектор ни в какую. В чем проблема не пойму. Дома подключился привез. Там не хочет. В приложение войти и зарегистрироватся целый квест. В общем все такое сырое ужас

At least pervious one was working until some point. This one can not even find Heater, not a single one and I have 7.

Completely useless.

This is just sad and great embarrassment for your company.

I wander… do you have CTO?
I will be your CTO for 500000e per year!

At least on my watch this embarrassment would never happen.

I have created a new account for 2.0 version and relinked heaters. It was not possible to relink using iPhone but Android worked. Now all the heaters are shown offline and I can’t control them.

I’ve got a new PGV 12 WiFi heater, GEN1. I’ve followed all the instructions but it still won’t connect on a 2.4ghz wifi. I can only assume this app is faulty.

Null Verbesserungen gegenüber altem App. Koppeln ist Glückssache. Kontakt mit Beha über Wochen bringt nicht. Rund 1000 € in den Sand gesetzt. Eigentlich sollte Beha die geräte ersetzetzen !

Beha ısıtıcıları, Konvektor sistem sayesinde normal yağlı radyatorlere kıyasla iki katı daha iyi isitiyor ve yarısından az elektrik harciyor. App sayesinde evde değilken ısıtıcıyı kontrol edebiliyorsunuz.
Servis konusunda mükemmeller.

The previous app was a complete disaster, server broked every winter. So far I like the new app, it’s far easer, modern and really light weight. However no beauty will matter if app don’t do what it’s suppose to do. Keep an eye on your servers and try to revert fiasco you did to yourself and image. My rating was put in advance, can easily change. Good luck!

I have Beha WiFi heaters for about 4 years now. This is a second or third improvement of software ever since. I have it 4 stars for reason. First of all do NOT buy WiFi heaters. Get Bluetooth ones instead!
While app is improved from last version and enables better control over Beha heaters it is still not perfect. The biggest problem I experience is that heaters fail to respond to commands from Beha server to adjust temperature according to set schedule. I have 4 heaters, in each room one. They are on very simple schedule. 00:00 to 8:00 hours they are set to 19 deg. From 8:00 to 21:00 they are set to 21 deg, C. From 21:00 to 23:59 they are lowered to 19:00 degrees C. 
Most of the time heaters don’t follow that schedule. Why? I don’t know. I have manually to set temperatures in the evening. There is no global setting for all heaters, has to be done one by one.

При первой загрузке в июне всё вроде бы зарегистрировалось и заработало. А теперь войти невозможно: требует зарегистрироваться как новому пользователю, при попытке ввести прежние данные пишет, что такой пользователь уже существует, но ничего, кроме регистрации нового пользователя не предлагают. Обогреватели зажили своей жизнью, регулируются только механически вручную. Вот такие современнейшие удаленно управляемые обогреватели из Норвегии. Сайт производителя beha.no не грузится. Если еще не купили это чудо, то думайте, надо ли Вам прилично доплачивать за опцию, которая глючит и зимой и летом? Added on Jul 23 Dear App Support, please, don’t confuse the users from Russia inviting them to Beha.no for customer support. This website isn’t accessible from Russia now. Please, check first with Beha.no they granted access for the users from Russia prior to invite them to website.
Updated on August 25
App update released in August 2023 solved the problem of access, thank you.  App is working now correctly. But website Beha.no cannot be accessed from Russia still without VPN (tried with Safary and Chrome, from iPhone under iOS 16 and from PC under Win 10)

THE Home Screen should be colored. If heaters are online it should appear with a colored font such as green. Gray colored fonts are not enough to understand status of rooms and heaters.
