Recovery™ by Behaivior supports individuals, care teams, and organizations with behavioral health, recovery, and wellness monitoring and response. The user-friendly, evidence-based app helps users track and manage key health and behavioral patterns, receive timely support, and participate more actively in their care or wellness plan. The personalized tools support behavior change to cut back or quit unwanted habits, or consider new ones. 

With Recovery™, users can complete wellness check-ins, monitor stress, sleep, mood, cravings, emotions, and participation, manage tasks and medication-related reminders, view supportive resources, and connect with approved care providers or support contacts. The app pairs with supported wearable devices, such as Garmin smartwatches, to help users and optionally connected care teams better understand changes in health over time.

Recovery™ provides real-time stress notifications with relevant coping tools, helping users respond to elevated stress in the moment. Recovery™ also provides craving risk predictions designed to help users anticipate periods of elevated risk and use coping strategies earlier.
