Support is just an AI bot that doesn’t understand anything and can’t actually help. A real person is only available in the paid version. But HOW can anyone even consider paying for a plan in an app that doesn’t work? En effet, quand on se connecte, le bouton « loupe » fusionne avec le bouton « explorer », ce qui rend impossible la recherche de projets etc… ça fait plusieurs mois, peut-être 1 an, que rien n’a été entrepris pour régler ce problème majeur. Je suis sur iPhone 12, j’ai essayé toutes les mises à jour, réinstaller l’application mais rien ne change. C’est dommage. ### 1/5 — Billion $ company. Utterly useless app *2025-03-29, version 25.326.1533* How on earth does a Billion dollar company not build/maintain an app. From the point of downloading, it’s been buggy. Crashed multiple times. Didn’t record messages sent to others, until I closed & restarted. Just generally useless. When navigating a lot of times crash opening the work. It was worse, since last version got better. Какое горе, что его больше нет! Утрата. Я носила большой ай-пад запазухой и быстро вынимала его на спонтанных встречах, показывая работы в биханс-дисплей, не тратя свое и время собеседника.
