It could use more words like “generous “ “thoughtful “  “motivated” “selfish” and perhaps a blip so if the other person had a moment they can remember what it was. Ex: if I was rude my husband can put my words into quotes, than I can know what is considered rude? I’m autistic and this is useful for me to communicate with my husband. We can learn what triggers each other to help our behaviors grow more positive. We love each other but communicating can be difficult.
