It would be helpful to be able to add up to 20 instead of 10 behaviors. That way I do not have to constantly pause to add notes on what behavior the child was engaging in. ### 4/5 — Works great *2020-07-20* Great app for data collection. Very easy to use. Only issue is that once you exit out the data is gone if you don’t email it to yourself. It would be nice if the app had a pop up that said “Are you sure you want to exit without saving/sending your data?” **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback! There currently is a pop-up notifying users that the data gathered will be deleted once they return to the main screen. In the next update, data will be saved and users will be able to re-access it. ### 3/5 — Okay *2019-11-14, version 1.8* Good app if you only need to take data on dimension of the behavior. I think it would be more useful if it would print data and notes on one page. Also I wish it would calculate percentage of behavior. Ex: 17 % off task **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. The app calculates the percentages when you complete the entire observation period. (If you stop the observation before the set time, it doesn’t calculate percentages because the data would be inaccurate). I too want the charts and qualitative data to be on the same page. Stay tuned. :) ### 4/5 — Ok app *2019-03-12* Just downloaded and seems to fit a lot of my needs. I just wish there have an option use multiple recording methods at the same time. One thing I wish the app included was a way to save data in the app utilizing a line graph to see behavior change over time. This is something that would be more efficient than a bar graph, especially when tracking physical behaviors over time, rather than having to compare multiple charts to determine progress. ### 5/5 — Well, my job has gotten easier! *2018-11-12* This app is intuitive, easy to figure out, and simple to use. My instructional assistant and I both use the app to track data regularly. I can place the tables and bar graphs in my reports and use excel to analyze the data when I need to. I like observing two students at once and having the option for a random peer comparison. ### 4/5 — The best out there *2018-10-29* Love how I can set the interval length to as little as a few seconds to as long as minutes. This feature really sets this app apart from other observation apps. However, I wish there was a way to save observations for later export and also a way to set how often I am promoted to record peer observations (e.g. every fifth interval). ### 5/5 — Such a time saver! *2018-06-24* As a therapist, I’ve been looking for an app for tracking behavior (I mostly work with kids) and have tried several others but this one is really my favorite. I like how customizable and user-friendly it is. This app has saved me so much time and effort. This app does not keep any data or provide any analysis. Everything has to be exported. For a free app, that’d be understandable. Honestly I’d rather just put excel on my iPhone! Waste!!!! ### 1/5 — Not a true collection tool. *2020-01-21, version 1.8* This app is impractical for classroom use. There is no way to save data and continue to collect it over time. You have to export the data immediately or loose it. This is impractical in a classroom setting. I have made attempts to contact the developer without response. ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2024-09-12* I’ve made a few observations using this app today and sent the data via email to myself. However, I did not receive any of the observations. Also, not sure why there’s an option to export the data when that function does not work. Definitely bummed that the observations aren’t saved automatically. **Developer response:** I am sorry you had that experience. The data is likely stuck in your outbox. Sometimes just going to that folder, sends it out. ### 2/5 — Great idea, Export issues *2021-12-02, version 1.9* This app would be really helpful but the app won’t let me export any of the data I collect and i am u able to send an email from the app to report the issue ### 2/5 — Won’t export *2021-08-01* I really love this app, but it is not exporting. I do have mail on, and am signed in. When I press send my email does come up, but to press send on the email, it remains grey and does not let me complete the send. I went to the website to get assistance on this, and it was not helpful. I am hoping the developer writes back to this, and advises me how to fix this issue. It was so highly advertised that I thought it would be worth it. Templates don’t allow for different measurement systems within the same template, can’t save data within the app, no way to make a correction if an error is made, can’t manually enter a data value, the list goes on..... I’ve just gone back to using google sheets. Still a pain but more comprehensive and much more user friendly. **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify a few things. If you make an error, you can correct it by long pressing the button where the error was made. That will subtract a count. You are correct each measurement system is independent and you cannot save data within the app. That is done to adhere to privacy laws and so confidential data does not remain on your personal device. You wouldn't want your personal device to be subpoenaed, would you? ### 3/5 — Wouldn’t Recommend *2024-09-20* It’s very easy to lose observations on here. I started an observation and got distracted and wasn’t able to close it out. A highlight is that you can customize your templates. You can also set it so that you can compare your student to a random student. There is also a section to take notes! I like to send the results to my email as a table and then copy and paste it onto my report as it is very easy to read and interpret. I records details under the columns (for example, impulsivity). This amazing app allow me to write the descriptive data and easily support it when my observations.
