It stays on the wheel after inputting data and then it only stays on the wheel when I tap to access charts or notes. The app must be inactive.

### 1/5 — Can’t Get Past the Sign-Up!

I would love to use this app but I can’t get past verify your email. Nothing gets sent to me. I need an app like this for data collection in my classroom and it would be perfect for multi users, but sadly until you fix all the bugs this isn’t a great app :(

**Developer response:** Hi there. I’m so sorry you were experiencing those issues. I invite you to try to download the app again and check it out and let me know how it goes for you. I will be pushing out another update sometime in this week that increases the speed of data storage and retrieval and makes it more secure.

I could not create an account. The icons were on top of each other blocking the submit button.

I really wanted to love this app. I can’t get it to move beyond the setup. Stuck in a loop where it asks me to save a target Behavior, acknowledges the save, then returns me to the set up screen and repeats:(

### 1/5 — App won’t open past sign up screen

I’ve tried several different attempts at creating a login, but when prompted to send validation email I get no email and cannot progress in the app. I’ve checked junk mail and waited for the validation email. Nothing. No where to click for support. Also when typing in the boxes to sign up they are bright yellow and the font appears to be white if at all there. You can’t tell what you’re supposed to write. I only guess when typing cane up as dots (password). Work on your formatting and email support. Thanks

My BCBA asked me to track with paper/pencil.  No way. This app was perfect to track my child’s problem behaviors. It was easy to track, view and send data. Never going back to paper/pencil again!
