## What is Behavior Tracker?

Track your child's behavior, sleep, meals, and daily routines in one private log. BrightTrace helps parents and caregivers keep clear observations—including positive moments—without relying on memory.

Designed for parents and caregivers, including those caring for children with ADHD or autism, BrightTrace helps you record everyday experiences without turning them into diagnoses or scores of progress.

KEEP EVERYDAY DETAILS TOGETHER
• Food & drinks: record meals, ingredients, and an optional meal photo.
• Supplements: keep names, doses, and units together.
• Sleep: log bedtime, waking, night wakes, and sleep observations.
• Behavior & emotions: record challenging episodes and positive moments, with context and what you tried.
• Activities: note duration, participation, and how an activity went.
• Bowel movements: record Bristol type, color, and other observations.

FOLLOW TODAY'S ROUTINE
Set up routine plans and optional local reminders. Confirm what happened, leave unconfirmed items pending, and review the day in a timeline. Keep separate profiles for each child.

LOOK BACK WITH CONTEXT
Compare recorded factors and outcomes over time, or review the records before a particular event. Missing entries stay missing—they are not counted as proof that nothing happened. These views help you organize observations and questions, not determine causes.

START FREE. ADD INSIGHTS IF YOU NEED MORE.
Daily logging, child profiles, routine plans, reminders, and the timeline are free. Basic trend comparisons and single-event reviews are also included.

The optional Insights subscription adds multi-factor comparisons, reviews across repeated events, and PDF summary sharing for conversations with a care professional. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless canceled. Prices and any trial eligibility are shown by the App Store before purchase; manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.

PRIVATE, WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT
Core records, photos, and analysis are stored and processed on your device, not uploaded to BrightTrace servers. No BrightTrace account is required. System backups depend on your iOS settings. Information leaves the app when you choose to share it; BrightTrace does not provide cloud sync between devices.

BrightTrace is a record-keeping tool, not a medical service. It does not diagnose conditions, assess treatment effectiveness, or recommend medications or supplements. Patterns in records do not establish cause and effect. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional for health concerns.
