However during the live conference there were connection glitches, it noticed it was lagging for 1-2 minutes when I was logged on via the mobile app and laptop. Also the mobile app would not connect and or freeze, so I always had to make sure my laptop was available just in case. I completed the conference and trying to get my CEUs, now the app and online website status states “processing “ when this was completed 1 week ago. My co-worker did not have issues with her CEUs not sure about others. I did send a help ticket. ### 1/5 — Worst App *2025-05-16* This has been such a difficult app to work with. I kept getting kicked off from a virtual conference I attended 5/14 to 5/16. The live stream was delayed vs desktop. I tried to log on my desktop but I kept getting an error message.
