## What is Beihilfe BW?

Nach einer einmaligen Registrierung im Kundenportal des LBV kann die App mit denselben Zugangsdaten verwendet werden.

Um einen Beihilfeantrag zu stellen, fotografieren Sie Ihre Belege mit der App ab und übermitteln diese an die Beihilfestelle. Die fotografierten Belege werden bereits in der App verschlüsselt und anschließend verschlüsselt übertragen. Nachdem Ihr Antrag eingegangen ist, erhalten Sie eine Eingangsbestätigung als Nachricht auf Ihr mobiles Endgerät. Auf Ihre Daten haben ausschließlich Sie Zugriff.

Für eine fehlerfreie Nutzung der App muss Ihr mobiles Endgerät aus Sicherheitsgründen über die aktuellste oder die Vorgängerversion der Betriebssysteme iOS verfügen. Ältere Versionen dieses Betriebssystems werden aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht unterstützt. Für die Fotofunktion wird eine Kamera mit einer Mindestauflösung von 5 Megapixeln empfohlen. 

Die Nutzung der Beihilfe-App ist kostenlos.
