I tried multiple times over the course of many hours, but it failed every time. Thanks for wasting my time Bel Air. ### 1/5 — Signup process broken *2019-05-31, version 3.3.1* I signed up, but never received the confirmation text message. When I try to signup again I receive the error that the phone number is already in use. App does not provide a password reset. Almost as bad as their customer service. Crazy that they know Uber and Lyft are probably coming in the near future and they still can’t figure out an app to compete. So happy the monopoly taxi company’s have is coming to an end. Won’t have to deal with greasy cab drivers saying they can’t drive from downtown to Coquitlam. He also didn't even know where I was going. I thought the app was supposed to tell them that? This is a waste of time. Now, not so much. I can't book a taxi nor am I able to login in to my account. Trying to contact the developer for support and all I get is a blank page. You need to call dispatch and the staff there seem overwhelmed and rude. I then called the company and they told me I couldn’t schedule a pickup - just call when I was ready for the cab. Not user friendly at all. Does not recall information already entered but substitutes incorrect information from who knows where, and continues to do so no matter how many times correct information is answered. Never received code to verify phone after asking for resend. Tried to contact app builder to identify problem and encountered a white screen. The customer service is rude and they change the fairs whenever they feel like it. I called for a van and they asked for $20 extra. When it used to be $10 the week before. Honestly, just use Uber.
