Belcome Pro is the front desk app for salons, barbershops, spas and med spas. Clients book online around the clock, in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German or Italian, and your calendar stays in order while you work. YOUR BOOKING PAGE Publish a booking page at belcome.app/your-business in minutes. Clients pick a service, a professional and a time from any phone or computer, and manage their appointment from the link in their confirmation. No app for them to install. A CALENDAR BUILT FOR THE FRONT DESK See the whole team by column, drag to move, stretch to change the duration, block time off and add walk-ins with a tap. The day opens in your business's time zone, on your phone, tablet or computer. FEWER NO-SHOWS Every booking gets an email confirmation and a reminder the day before. Ask for a deposit or keep a card on file for the services that need it. CLIENTS AND NOTES Keep contact details, preferences, private notes and visit history in one place. Clients are matched by email or phone, so nobody ends up twice in your book. SERVICES, PRODUCTS AND TEAM Start from a service menu for your type of business and adjust prices and times. Sell products and gift cards at checkout, track stock, set each professional's schedule, services and commissions. WAITLIST AND PROMOTIONS Fill cancelled slots from the waitlist automatically. Create coupons, first-visit offers and quiet-hour discounts. CHECKOUT AND REPORTS Take payments at the desk or online, send receipts, split tips, and see the day's sales, earnings and goals. MADE FOR TEAMS Owners, managers, receptionists and professionals each see what they need. Invite your team by email, and let each person use the app in their own language. PRIVACY FIRST Belcome is built to support HIPAA for med spas: encrypted notes, audit trail and two-factor sign-in. Belcome Pro works with an existing Belcome account. Create yours in the app and try every feature free for 14 days. Available worldwide. The app interface is in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and Italian. Card payment connections and SMS depend on country coverage and provider approval. Booking and email reminders work without a card payment connection. ## Is Belcome Pro safe?
