## What is BelfiusWeb, banking app?

The BelfiusWeb Mobile app is aimed at Belfius (Public, Social and Corporate) customers who also use the desktop version of BelfiusWeb. It’s a clever solution tailored specifically to our business customers, regardless of the sector they're in.

The BelfiusWeb Mobile app enables you to carry out banking transactions from your mobile device, at any time and in complete security. To use the app, you need a BelfiusWeb Mobile contract that you can activate simply via the administrative module or the user file.

If you are using the app for the first time, you must first register your device using a BelfiusWeb Mobile or Isabel access card. Followed by identifying yourself with the personal password you have chosen. As a result, your accounts and your transactions are completely protected.

For security reasons, the app will be deactivated if it is not used for 3 months. To reactivate it, simply use your Belfius card reader.
