This app has too many bugs. For one, it keeps signing me out and asking me to sign in with MFA to access my pay stub and even request time off. I’ve signed in multiple times, but it continues to do this as if I’m a brand new user. I changed my phone number a while ago and updated the number within the app. If I delete the app and reinstall it, the app lets me sign in with my new number that I updated to, but whenever I try to sign in with MFA (whatever that means), it keeps sending the code to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. So, how does it send the code through that old phone number when I literally changed my number through the app? Please fix this, as I’m quite frustrated about this, unless it has to do with the company I work for, which I doubt it does.

We need an option to mute the open shift notifications. My job just posted over 200 shifts and is literally spamming my notifications. I can barely tap on things when notification banners pop up back to back. This happens often.

Came back to change my review for the better. For those that need direct support reach out via email. The folks at Belfry have greatly improved their response times. I’ve also signed up for any updates for outages, etc., which has been extremely helpful. And DARK MODE!!  WHU HU!!  It’s about time. Keep up the good work Belfry team!!
