All of our guards activities are scrambled, the app keeps “blipping out” on several devices and completely deleting the on going reports. Is there a customer service to call?! Nope. Not even a support email that’s monitored or responsive. My company is looking to move elsewhere very soon. ### 3/5 — Good overall *2025-07-05* I’ve used others like Destiny Security App, and this one is pretty good. Three things need to be addressed before it’ll ever get a 5 star from me. Belfry desperately needs a desktop version for creating reports. The admin level supports desktops of course, but my company also has a VPO department (video patrol officers) and for now, they’re stuck having to switch from their PC’s over to an iPad to create reports, then back to the PC to continue alarm monitoring. Extremely tedious. The other thing: NIGHT MODE!! The blinding white background has caused many guards to almost walk into stuff at night after being blinded by the bright app . . . always having to turn down the brightness isn’t practical. One MAJOR issue is lack of support. With so many security companies moving to apps like this, there needs to be a LIVE SUPPORT AGENT available via phone 24/7 for any Belfry related technical issues like logging in, etc. That agent can then determine if the issue is on the security company side OR on the Belfry side. Lately, I have been unable to log into my company phone via the admin portal. As a field supervisor, the admin portal is crucial for getting my job done. Belfry keeps asking me for the code provided by my “preferred authentication app”. Problem is, I’ve never been able to set that up. It does just about everything that we need. However it would be nice to be able to do a vehicle pre check. My biggest issues is, there is no integration with iOS calendar. I would love to be able to add my shifts to my phone calendar. For one, it keeps signing me out and asking me to sign in with MFA to access my pay stub and even request time off. I’ve signed in multiple times, but it continues to do this as if I’m a brand new user. I changed my phone number a while ago and updated the number within the app. If I delete the app and reinstall it, the app lets me sign in with my new number that I updated to, but whenever I try to sign in with MFA (whatever that means), it keeps sending the code to my old phone number, which I no longer have access to. So, how does it send the code through that old phone number when I literally changed my number through the app?
