Uninstalled it by accident and when I re installed it I tried to log back in, all I kept getting was that my password was wrong so I reset in and yet still can’t get back in. Absolutely ridiculous. Believe Housing say on app repair has been done BUT hasn’t even started !!! and still waiting 😡😡 ### 1/5 — Believe housing *2020-10-09* This app is crap you cannot sign in it crashes all the time will never let me log in what’s the point ### 1/5 — Forgotten password *2020-09-28, version 5.7.0* I tried to reset my password as I had forgotten it. I clicked the option to reset it but it just froze. I’ve rang them about an urgent repair but they say they can’t take them over the phone or the website, I have to do it via the app. This is the second time I’ve had to uninstall then reinstall as per their advice. I suggest they sort out the bugs before telling people the app is the only way to report things. ### 1/5 — App is useless *2019-10-17, version 5.7.0* Absolutely rubbish app !
