You have to go to a website. There should be a return link in every order on the App like other stores. Very hard to find return by date if you forget when. That should also be showing in every order before & after initiating a return. Over a span of months they have canceled multiple orders without explanation. The item I have been attempting to purchase is still advertised as in stock, on sale, in my size. Every time I purchase it, I receive an order confirmation, only to receive another email DAYS later saying they had to cancel and refund my order. The item remains advertised as in stock on their website. I have reached out to customer service about this issue and received a canned non-answer apology twice. For a large company how are their technical issues and customer service so bad? If the item is not in stock in a certain size, do not clearly label the item as IN stock in that size. Don’t send a confirmation email for an item you don’t have. Don’t let glitches sit for MONTHS once they’re brought to your attention.
