BelkaCar carsharing is an affordable, convenient and safe alternative to owning a car or taking a taxi. Take a few minutes to sign up in the app and you can book a car whenever you need it. Thousands of new cars are available at any time in one application.
The fleet has a large variety of models — from comfortable sedans to crossover SUVs. The service is available in Moscow, Moscow region, Saint Petersburg, Sochi, Krasnodar, Kaliningrad, Anapa, Gelendzhik and Novorossiysk. Move around the city with comfort and save money.
 
• All in one app

There is no need to come to the office and sign any papers. Complete a quick online registration with the help of a friendly bot in the app. Rent a car — now there are new filters for certain models and options — and finish the rent with one button. And if you need to keep the car for some time, switch it into the "Waiting" mode.

• Dynamic pricing

Car rental per-day is even more profitable due to fixed packages and daily rates. Package tariffs are different: auto can be rented by hours or days. Final package cost depends on model, city, total demand and traffic situation. You don’t pay any extra, while you package have enough minutes or kilometres. 
Minute-by-minute tariff is also available, the cost of a minute of rent is dynamic, starting from 8 rubles, it can vary depending on demand. In Kaliningrad, you can rent a car for a minimum of 8 hours.
 
• User-friendly car inspection before the ride

The whole inspection process is placed on one large application screen as a sequence of steps. If there is any damage, you can add a photo immediately, without scrolling through dozens of pictures. During the inspection, the flashlight on your phone can be turned on, so that it is easier to detect the damage in the dark.

• Free parking in the city and at the airports

Park free of charge in Moscow parking lots and in the special parking zones at Domodedovo, Zhukovsky, Sochi airports, as well as at Kaliningrad air terminals.

• Insurance and maintenance

All cars have comprehensive insurance. Washing, maintenance and gas are at our expense. If you need to refuel the car during the ride, you can use a free fuel card and get bonuses for a successful refueling. Gas stations are now always displayed on the main screen.
 
• Driving and ride finish areas

Drive around the entire Moscow region and leave the car in the "Waiting" mode anywhere you choose. When you select an address, you can immediately create a route to it in the navigator. Finishing the ride is available inside of the MKAD (Moscow Ring road), as well as in many large districts and housing complexes outside of it. Just park the car according to the road traffic regulations.

Брала машину с расчетом доехать до района, но проехав полпути высветилось в приложение, что необходимо заправить. Хотя я могла доехать до района в целом и лампочка не загорелась бы. Звонила три раза и объясняла что бензина нет по пути, в приложении высветился лукоил и это единственная заправка по пути что была за всю поездку. Машина ужасно грязная, а точнее в волосах животного, а у меня аллергия, пришлось ехать, сопли естественно ручьем, аллергия, я бы поменяла машину по пути, но был дождь, и мама пенсионер которую встречала, дергать не хотела. Заправив машину, позвонив в третий раз мне третья девушка сказала, что это не партнер!!! И со второй девушкой когда общалась я сказала что я на Лукойле и это единственная заправка! В итоге оказалась с заложником ситуации, машину заправили, пришлось оплачивать картой мамы, я с собой денег не брала.
