No support for Face ID? Seriously! The app is not bad and quite functional but extremely buggy if you need to enter your login details every few days, I honestly don’t get it. What I’d like to see is the market depth too, a feature available in the browser version. Pay $40 per ETFs when you can buy them free for elsewhere? Who uses this service? I have to enter username and password in full every time I go into the app even if within a few hours of last login. I’ve enabled Face ID it worked once then reverted to making me login every time. So I deleted and reinstalled the app, Face ID worked another 1-2 times and then stopped working again. These are about an inability to login due to bugs in the opening screen. Trading is straightforward, I can manage my watch lists. ### 5/5 — Works great, huge improvement over the website (and the old, old app!) *2022-04-20, version 1.0.3* App works great, clear and easy to use, nice and fast. Been with Bell Direct for about a decade and I much prefer this app to the website for clarity and ease of use. Need authentication App for extra security ### 3/5 — Annoying login but otherwise works well *2024-07-17, version 1.0.12* I also find it extremely irritating to constantly be required to input email and password when faceid works for my other financial apps. The app gives the main functionality of the website and the user interface is quite logical and easy to follow. There are a few features that are not available, such as today’s trades and setting alerts. But I can check my portfolio and buy and sell shares easily. ### 3/5 — Need to re-authenticate after every release *2022-08-04, version 1.0.5* I find the app useful for checking my holdings. However what is annoying is the requirement to re- authenticate by putting in login and password details every time after a release. In addition have to reset Face ID each time. Why can’t the app behave like other banking app where credentials are entered on download and once a Face ID or pin is set the user can log into the app using the feature that they have selected all the time regardless of whether there has been a new release. ### 2/5 — Limited functionality *2025-04-07, version 1.1.2* App is lacking compared to other options out there.
