The Jefferson Place apartments in Frederick, Maryland, are awful. I would rather walk on glass and hot lava than ever use this app or live at any place that is managed by Bell Partners. They don’t tell you about all the hidden fees, taxes, and service charges. I have always paid an extra $ 250 a month because they refuse to tell the truth. They are terrible.
