It appears when I first getting the service I had no problem with the amount of clips , so I was never aware I only have 3,000 clips per month until 3 years after it started! Traffic didn’t increase it’s a small street not a lot of people. However , the last 2 months even with me controlling the coverage now , it’s still going over the clips. So good bye Bell , you ain’t selling me no more. I have had the Tech repair at my place numerous times. First it wasn't recording and then it was the software not working. I now have been notified that I have used 80% of mytime. It quit recording. Why would I want the last 2 months of old clips when I cannot get the new ones. This is for my protection. We can send a person to the moon but cannot put parameters in an alarm software. You just charged me $400.00 for an additional camera and it has only worked for the last week. The techs' are great but do lack some education in how this system is supposed to work. I am really disappointed in your product and if I have to call the tech's back I will be cancelling my contract. I can get a video camera at Best Buy much cheaper.
