I can’t make outgoing calls. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2022-02-25* Have to give one star solely because this app completely bypasses any “do not disturb” settings on iPhone. ### 1/5 — Impossible to connect *2021-09-18* I can connect through my desktop, but not on the app. Considering Bell is the biggest telecommunications company in Canada, a simple app should be efficient… not this one apparently… ### 1/5 — Please fix this app! *2021-07-16* Unfortunately I have been using this app since March 2020 and it has been glitchy since the start. Dropped calls, horrible reception, have to log in and out of app to get it kick started. This is not good for business and I am beyond frustrated with this app! I am surprised it has not been fixed yet given this is a bell product. Now I don’t have that option and I have to either decline the call or answer it. We get a lot of spam calls from US numbers with dead air when we answer it. The app now seems to force the integration of your cellular phone service with the Bell BTC app. I can’t seem to disable this integration. How can we use this for a large business if it doesn’t work? ### 1/5 — Intermittent login problems *2025-10-21* We’ve been having issues with logging on for the past few months and Bell’s offices haven’t been able to fix it. A technician will call me, we’ll briefly get the problem fixed while on the phone and a few hours or days later we’re unable to login again. Corporate directory works fine, although for some odd reason accents don’t work in the Caller ID. Ummm Canada is a bilingual country Bell! ### 3/5 — Problème application avec iPhone et iwatch *2017-04-27, version 21.5.4.1* Impossible de répondre sur un iPhone verrouillé, lorsque j'ai ma iWatch j'ai une notification sur celle-ci mais la seul option est de refuser. Lorsque j'ai un appel sur le iphone le temps que je déverrouille le téléphone et que je démarre l'application bell, l'interlocuteur à déjà raccrocher. Au final j'ai revoyez mes appels vers ma ligne cellulaire et je me sert de celui-ci pour appeler via le btc. ### 2/5 — There hasn’t been any new updates for kids channels on Bell *2024-08-02* Featuring new stuff for kids channels on demand on bell five TV app And a new feature where you can access your TV shows that are playing on the TV guide from days ago and to access them before the time they come on on the TV guide days before 😊😊 And to access TV shows before the day they come on for on-demand and to have 4K sport channels on bell app to bring to the platform for more opportunities for 4K sport and to bring a new look to the TV Guide for colour on Bell TV app because we don’t get the opportunity to have more of these features on Bell Fibe app to bring more opportunities for these features on bell app for more ### 2/5 — Glitchy *2022-07-27* Drops calls now and then. ### 2/5 — When it works, it’s ok. *2020-03-24, version 21.5.4.2* Very buggy. But when it does decide to work, it works as expected. The app will always crash when I try answering an incoming call when my device is asleep (screen off). We’ve been using the app for over a year now. With a little love and attention this could be great.
