Even if you enter the order you want, Bellagio’s doesn’t get it right. And if you call Bellagio’s (Goose Hollow) to inquire WHY the order was fulfilled wrong, the employees have zero remorse and make no effort to correct. Thus the previous orders associated with the preexisting online account for ordering pizzas for the corporation all have to be manually re-entered . This would waste a significant amount of time. Phone orders work fine, and they can’t tell me why it shows as non-deliverable, nor is there any way to correct this - making the app unusable. ### 1/5 — Use UberEats Instead *2022-02-19, version 1.6.7* Use UberEats to order from them. I specifically downloaded this app to give more money to the business but the delivery drivers are unwilling to deliver to any apartment complex with an elevator. They will leave it on the first floor then collect the tip that you entered (can’t be altered afterwards if they do a bad job.) Don’t give this business extra money to be lazy. Use a food delivery app instead if you live in downtown Portland. Also, this has happened 3 times so it’s not just one driver that is the problem. ### 1/5 — Out of delivery range on app but not website *2021-04-22, version 1.5.6* Not sure if this is something anyone else has run into. I just downloaded the app to try ordering on tonight. The app is honestly great and well made and thoughtful, however the app considers me out of range? I live about a mile from the downtown location and have ordered from it many times through the website. Since COVID19 pandemic started we were using online order with delivery. Sometimes we were getting good pizza sometime not fully cooked. I never complain, but my last order was not fully cooked and also there was long brown hair in the box. Very disappointed with this.
