Over the last few orders lately, it has been going downhill. The service has not been up to the same standards. Today the lettuce in the salad was black and moldy. The pita bread was burned. They gave me the wrong dressing. The hummus tasted sour like an ingredient was not fresh. You do not need to risk all of my privacy, short of my SS#, in order to function. Love y’all but after pay $100 my salads were not correct. Dressings wrong, asked for additional mango, jicama, dressing, etc… paid for it all and got none of it. I am sharing this so they check order before it goes out. The cost is so high and I paid for these items and did not get them. I even asked for removal of items and they were not removed. Entering credit card info, the entry screen blocks your view of the payment data you are entering without the ability to scroll and check what you entered. Reorienting your phone to landscape doesn’t fix it. You have to toggle continuously. Also, if you like the seasonal salad, you cannot order extra dressing with it. You can select extra dressing in the options, but then you get a list of the standard dressings without the seasonal one included. You cannot add a dressing that doesn’t match the salad, but the seasonal one is missing. Second time no one would answer the phone at the restaurant (tried multiple times) and there’s no way to contact through the app. Sent 2 emails with no response - so basically they stuffed me. Can you imagine the time it took to troubleshoot what was going on and why it wouldn’t let us place an order!??
