## What is BellaWatch?

Meet Bella, your little pink companion for calmer moments and everyday celebrations.

BellaWatch brings an adorable fluffy pink cat to your Apple Watch, combining gentle breathing exercises, encouraging greetings, and little moments of joy throughout your day.

BREATHE WITH BELLA

Take a moment for yourself with two guided breathing techniques:

Box Breathing - Follow a gentle 4-4-4-4 breathing rhythm.

4-7-8 Breathing - Try a different breathing pattern with longer holds and exhales.

Choose 2, 4, or 6 cycles. Bella guides you through each phase with visual instructions, countdowns, and gentle wrist taps.

The haptic cues help you follow along without constantly looking at your screen.

CELEBRATE YOUR ACTIVITY

Bella loves celebrating your accomplishments!

With your permission, BellaWatch can read your Apple Watch Activity ring progress and celebrate when you complete your daily goals.

Activity access is completely optional.

A LITTLE HELLO, JUST FOR YOU

Start your day with a sweet greeting from Bella and wind down with a cozy goodnight message.

Choose your preferred wake-up and bedtime hours. Greetings are scheduled locally and can be turned on or off anytime.

BELLA ON YOUR WATCH FACE

Add Bella to supported Apple Watch faces using complications, or find her in your Smart Stack.
