I haven’t been able to open this app for months! Paid for a service that doesn’t work with my iPad. I don’t know if there has been hasn’t been an update and why it’s not compatible anymore. But can’t get answers!

I've tried so many times to look at magazine and it continuously shuts down only to start it all again. Very frustrating.

App is woefully slow and download doesn't work even on fast internet speeds. Streaming is useless with the pages appearing fuzzy for 10-15 seconds
