I need to check the status of my familiar calling and trying by other methods because this app does not work. This has been challenging because the app is “clunky”. For example: it doesn’t save the username and password—this makes it non-user-friendly for a quick check. Navigation within the app is not easy—for example, when tracking history, there is no “back” button—one has to close the app and re-log in your get back to the main screen. There is no way to update the personal information of the person wearing the device—essential to keep it current. The app crashes more frequently than acceptable.
