The designers and developers of this app should look at what the Four Seasons Hotel has done. Their app is tightly integrated into your stay. You can order in-room services, or any others (e.g. spa) directly from the app.

You can order movies, check on your bill, order the newspaper etc…

Everything is billed to your account automatically. Their app feels tightly coupled and complimentary to your stay. 

This app could be so much more.
