Love BU and it was the best choice I have ever made! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — The absolute worst sign in *2023-06-07* I’ve enjoyed my classes, my professors, and my peers at Bellevue University. There are countless resources for students to take advantage of. That being said this is a review for the app. It’s very difficult to navigate the various pages and sometimes impossible. I’ve tried to go to the cyber active and financial aid portals from the main Bruin portal, and at times it just brings you to your main Bruin page. There seems to be a drop down menu at the top which only option is MyBruin. Then navigational tools at the bottom, backwards/forwards and main browser tool. Sometimes I’m able to use the backwards tool to go to the main page where all the options are (where I want to go) other times I’m not allowed to go back at all. I usually just switch to my laptop, but it’s frustrating when I can’t access the page at work. Then there’s the sign in…. I’ve had issues signing in multiple times. There’s been times when I’ve failed to enter the password once and been locked out. Then I go to reset my account and try again… “unable to sign in” don’t even bother trying to change your password in the app.. you’ll have to clear cookies or contact tech support (avoid calling them unless it’s an emergency and be super polite if you do) I haven’t had any issues on my computer so just use your browser as much as possible.
