I ordered some things of here for a very special occasion nearly two months ago now and it’s still not here. The parcel is somewhere totally different from my location and as been stuck there. I’ve been back and forth with them and Royal Mail for the past months now, sending proof to them to give me a refund and they are so stingy!!! They don’t want to give a refund for a parcel that as CLEARLY BEEN LOST. Even Royal Mail said so and with the proofs I sent they still won’t. Guys if your thinking of buying from here please don’t or you will never get your parcel and your money back. It’s ridiculous. Worst business I’ve ever ordered from. Never again

I DID NOT get my order, and I want a refund on my money now or I want the package I bought. 2-5 day shipping was promised. I ordered this nearly 3 weeks ago for nothing to show up at my door.
