I was visiting the app as I wanted to get my nails done and have booked an appointment before. However I clicked every option and it’s like the app became a ghost town?

No services displayed, can’t book anything, nothing. I thought maybe the app needs updating but nope, completely updated. So what’s up?

Only able to download on my iPad not my phone!  Not sure what the issue is   Otherwise on my iPad all is good
