I have two profiles - exactly the same. Why? ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2024-04-23* App stopped working, tried to force close and re-open the app multiple times with no luck. Finally tried to delete the app and re-install it and now I can’t sign in as when I tap forgot password the app just crashes completely. Tried to delete app and downloaded to most up-to-date version. Now I can not even sign in! Even tried the “forgot my password” but just had me going in circles even after I was sent a temp password. So frustrating and I miss the convenience of the app so much, I will be changing pharmacies because these people can’t get their stuff straight. Told the pharmacist, with no results.
